At Heälmii Haven, every herbal product is blended with care, intention, and purity. Because your well-being matters to us, we want you to feel fully supported when you shop with us.
Returns
Due to the nature of our wellness and herbal products, we do not accept returns once an item has been opened, used, or tampered with.
We do accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:
Items must be in their original sealed packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
To begin a return, please email contact@healmiihaven.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email letting you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same product, email contact@healmiihaven.com.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Opened or used herbal products
- Digital downloads or e-guides
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
