Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Because many of our blends are prepared fresh in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Local Pickup (if applicable)
If you’re local to our area and prefer to pick up your order, select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
We’ll email you when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our studio, you can track its journey using the tracking link in your confirmation email.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Heälmii Haven is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses, carrier issues, or weather conditions.
If your package arrives damaged, please email contact@healmiihaven.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping in the near future.
